Iron Shamrock Fitness is my personal business page. I am currently operating as a House Call Trainer (I come to your home and train you in an environment that is comfortable for you), until I find a suitable facility to provide training for clients and our powerlifting team.

This page will provide information for your fitness and training needs. I'll also make sure you get a healthy dose of motivation, get nutrition and training tips, and maybe a laugh or two.

I can help you with nutrition, fat loss, muscle building, sport specific training, functional fitness, strength and conditioning, or just getting you back to being healthy!

Iron Shamrock Fitness is home to The Mighty Leprechaun and the ISF Powerlifting Team.

About Me: I am the sole owner of Iron Shamrock Fitness and the ISF Powerlifting Team. I am more commonly known around these parts as The Mighty Leprechaun. I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and am currently persuing my certification to be a Strength Coach (CSCS). I am a competitive Powerlifter (2012 IPL World Champion, Masters Division), and sometimes compete in Strongman events. If you have questions regarding participation in Powerlifting or Strongman events, please don't hesitate to ask!
