**Children under age of 16 CANNOT be on gym equipment! we provide a gym romper area
for children under the age of 16!
If children are caught on the machines they will be asked to go to kids room, this is for
safety, and please make sure you children are not on the machines.**

* Taebo, Yoga, Strength Training, and Spin Class

Also we have work out videos (P90X, Chalean, and more)
* Saunas, Separate Locker rooms/ changing areas, and shower.
