Hi! Join me for info on natural health, essential oils, and become the healthiest you can be!

I'm Sherrie Wortel, wife, soccer mom, RN, and self-care advocate. I believe the body is a wonderfully created organism that has amazing healing capabilities when given the right tools.

For me, essential oils supply some of the equation to promote true healing in the body along with nutrition, and lifestyle. I have two competitive soccer players and we use these methods to maximize their abilitites to train hard, reduce possible injuries, maintain healthy inflammatory levels, etc. We work to be proactive in our health, not reactive.
