Affascinante Resort situato in una delle più belle location della Toscana: San Gimignano, dichiarato dall’UNESCO patrimonio dell’Umanità.
L'intera struttura è composta da varie soluzioni architettoniche, da quelle più antiche, sapientemente ristrutturate, alla struttura centrale, più moderna, inserita nel verde in modo armonico ed elegante.
Al centro del giardino che guarda le torri di San Gimignano si trova la villa che si erge sulle fondamenta di un vecchio convento di clausura del 1300 che a fine '800 è stata convertita in una residenza nobiliare di campagna.
Adiacente alla bellissima villa si trova la vecchia Orciaia, anch'essa risalente a fine '800 e che veniva utilizzata come deposito della vecchia azienda agricola, famosa per il suo olio d'oliva.
Ancora oggi Villasanpaolo prosegue questa tradizione producendo un olio extra vergine di altissima qualità, basti pensare che il suo livello di acidità è quasi pari a zero.
All'interno della tenuta di circa 3 ettari, immerso in una vecchia e suggestiva oliveta si trova la struttura centrale più recente dove sono dislocate la reception, le camere, il ristorante, le sale relax e polifunzionali e la SPA.

The whole structure consists of various architectural solutions, from the oldest parts, which have been skilfully renovated, to the more modern central structure, set harmoniously and elegantly amidst nature.
In the middle of the garden, overlooking the towers of San Gimignano, stands the villa, built on the foundations of a 14th century cloistered convent which was converted into a noble country residence at the end of the 19th century.
Next to the beautiful villa is the ancient "Orciaia", the place where the huge urns of oil were once stored, and this too dates back to the late 19th century, when the old farm was famous for its olive oil.
Villasanpaolo continues to uphold this tradition today, producing very high quality extra virgin olive oil, with an acidity level close to zero.
The estate covers an area of about 3 hectares; an old and very pretty olive grove surrounds the newest, central structure, which houses the reception, rooms, restaurant, lounge areas and multipurpose rooms, as well as the SPA.
