My name is Stephanie and with the help of loved ones, I have been able to share my story through 7lyBlessed. Why the name? Well, I have a "thing" with numbers. Specifically #7. Being born on 7-7-77 PROBABLY has something to do with that. ;) *Props* to my Mom!

I enjoy helping others with positive and intuitive spiritual advice in any and all situations. I do offer private readings with Angel Oracle cards and at times, when possible, messages from a loved one that have come through.

I decided that I'm not really living life if I'm only staying in my comfort zone. I began find like-minded others and have begun guiding myself on this personal metaphysical and holistic journey. I am learning that health is attained when mind, body and spirit are balanced. My beliefs are not for or against any faith or religion, but something I personally have felt the benefits of.

I have a national certification in massage therapy and therapeutic bodywork. This is where energy work was first introduced to me. Ever since, I have seen, felt and believed in the power of positive energy, and have been blessed to have persevered through more obstacles than most in my life. This is why I am blessed. It's not how perfect your life is that matters. What matters is that you make the best out of what life has offered you.
