At 9Round Eau Claire, our energetic and 9Round-certified trainers guide members through a different full-body workout with every visit. Incorporating kickboxing and boxing techniques through circuit training, strength training, aerobic and anaerobic exercises, our 30-minute workouts are the most efficient workouts you can ask for. Best of all, there is no need to worry about class times! Members come in at their convenience, get their hands wrapped, and jump in on one of our nine stations every three minutes. We also commit ourselves to the phrase “personal attention without the high price” at 9Round Eau Claire. When you walk in our doors you are greeted by name and with a smile, and when you are working out our trainers use their knowledge to provide you with exercises that are appropriately challenging for you.
