Reflexology is "A natural healing art, based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet and hands which correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body". It is a great way to reduce stress in ones life, achieve total body relaxation & rejuvenate the body, mind & spirit.

I encourage the use of a nutritional total body cleanse at least two times per year to regain and maintain life long vitality.

Think of it similar to how we clean our car's engine and keep it running smoothly by changing the oil twice per year...If you added new oil on top of the old sludge your car will eventually break down sooner than later.
