Why
Energising Life, because we ultimately want to help regular people experience life better. It’s that simple. To do that, we believe that energy is everything: that when you have great energy, the positive effects ripple into every aspect your life – be it at home, at work, or chasing your dreams down in general. Great energy, we believe, comes in part from intelligent health and fitness.

What
For us, Intelligent Health and Fitness is more than just telling you what to do. Yes, we understand exercise and nutrition, and we use a principle-based approach to how we work (that means sound, proven fundamentals rather than crazy diets and detoxes). But more that that, we draw upon the science of motivation, behaviour-change and coaching, and we work with you to help you make lasting improvements in a way that works for you.

How
We specialise in semi-private personal training. And when you join AKR Fitness, you’ll find that it’s much more than a ‘gym’; you’re joining a supportive community. A community that’s positive, inclusive, non-judgemental, and fun. Together we’ll help you stay on track and form new habits. Without being a health freak. For us, nutrition and fitness isn’t life; It’s a tool for energising your life.
We can help you to look, feel, and perform better. We can help you lose fat, get stronger or just feel fitter and move better. We can help you play your sport better …or play with your kids better. But above all else, our mission is to Energise your Life with Intelligent Health and Fitness.
