I have over 15 years experience as a therapist.

I am available for private yoga tuition or group work. As a trained Sivananda teacher I teach a very pure form of yoga that incorporates, meditation and relaxation.

As a body work specialist I enjoy private tuition as it gives me an opportunity to work with the specific needs that the individual has to balance their body. Strengthening the body to strengthen the mind!
