With regard to personal training we supply any equipment that may be necessary for your training session although equipment may not always be needed. After all your body is the best piece of equipment you have.
We design a program catered to your fitness level and along with regular fitness testing track your progress. On-going support and motivation is a huge part of U Benefit Health & Fitness.
Lastly and of equal importance we advise on nutrition and design a meal plan to help you achieve your goals.
Presently personal training sessions are conducted outdoors or in the privacy of the individuals home. The choice is yours!!!
