Asheville's Therapeutic Salt Cave and Spa

Our cave was created with a unique microclimate that is made up of a salt and water concentration called "sole (solA')". We find this same concentration in our bodies, in the primal ocean, in the embryotic fluid , and all life forms come from salt and water. Without water and salt, there would be no action and no thoughts!! They need each other for our cells to metabolize through osmosis.
Asheville's Therapeutic Salt Cave and Spa is made of 20 tons of polish salt, from floor to ceiling. Much of our salt comes from the Wieliczka mine in Krakow, Poland. This mine has been known for centuries as a healing and sacred space. What an amazing and inspiring space!
We are all made up of the same 84 minerals found in our salt and water concentration "SolA", like magnesium, iron, calcium, etc. Since we are made up of this solA,' our body is easily able to use this through our respiratory system and our skin (the largest organ), and the body then uses those minerals to balance itself out. It is well known for helping people with respiratory issues like asthma, allergies, sinusitis, nervous system disorders, skin issues like psoriasis and eczema, blood pressure imbalances, and digestive complaints.
No specific complaints, well, most of us use cellphones, computers, microwaves, and live stressful live’s, driving in fast cars, etc. each of these give off positive ions which weaken the immune system and create inflammation in the body. Our salt cave gives may off negative ions, which helps to build up our immune systems and aid in balancing out our PH levels.
In our cave we created a microclimate in which our cave will continue to grow. The temperature in the cave remains between 68-72 degrees, and the humidity is controlled at 50-60%. This helps to make our cave completely sustainable.
