BURLESQUE - GROUP BOOKINGS & WORKSHOPS
(for ages 18+)
Tone up, get fit, and have fun with this dance fitness class with a cheeky Burlesque twist!
Listen to classic big band tracks whilst you use your core strength and increase flexibility with principles used from ballet, jazz, and pilates. We also use basic dance exercises and drills to gain body awareness, which will help you move with grace, strut with confidence, and kick & turn like a dancer!
*MINI ROUTINE*
By the end of the class you will get the chance to dance with a feather boa, & go home with a mini-routine that will leave a cheeky smile on your face and make you feel SEXY!
- Women of all ages, shapes and sizes welcome.
- What to wear: form fitting workout wear, pink & blacks are a bonus. (I will bring extra bits and pieces also)
- Heels are required for some portions of the class.
- Feather boa required (pink/black) supplied & loaned by Naomi
- No dance experience necessary.
- Payment in advance before class, please confirm details with Naomi.
