Introduction

Throughout history, herbs have been used topically for both their healing and cosmetic properties. Today they are recognized for their value in improving our skin along with their astringent, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal properties.

Aromatic plants are also increasingly introduced to maintain physical health, and spiritual balance.

Jamaica is home to over three hundred (300) medicinal herbs – peculiar to the island and our Blue Mountain range offers abundant resources of all-natural ingredients.

In 1994 Blue Mountain Aromatics was founded by a trio of Artists who shared a common appreciation for Aromatherapy.

The company introduced a truly unique collection of premium Body-Care products – utilizing local ingredients to create a distinctive Caribbean profile with Jamaican Coffee, Pimento (Allspice), Cinnamon, Cerasee, Aloe Vera and Coconut Oil. Island fragrances and essences of Ortanique, Grapefruit, Passion Fruit, Lime and Mint are predominant, and in the formulation of our “Signature” Products only the purest Essential
Oils and Botanicals are selected.
