Located in the heart of Downtown Brunswick, Brunswick Boxing offers Boxing, MMA and Jiu-Jitsu training. Whether you are a experienced fighter looking to enhance your skills or your a beginner wanting to learn, or if you just want to get in great shape, this is the place.

Owned and run by boxing coach Jozsef Szasz, Brunswick Boxing offers a wide variety of physical fitness and boxing/MMA training with a "hands-on" approach you wont find at other gyms. Jozsef works with each individual to personally see they reach their fitness goals and maximum potential.

The Boxing portion of the gym offers classes Monday Through Friday 9am to 12pm and 5pm to 8pm and 9 to 12pm on Saturdays.

Our gym has earned a name for itself with several MMA fighters, Multiple state-olympic gold medalists and world class training. Stop by and see what we are all about.
