At Fast Fitness, we believe that exercise should feel more like play than work. Our 30-minute boot camps will push back into your SMALLER clothes :)




These 30 minute workouts are fun, challenging, and different…EVERY TIME! Our training program will sculpt and tone your body while you burn fat. You’ll have fun working out with others and will look forward to coming back each day.

The starting Schedule is Monday through Friday
5:15am, 6:00am, 9:30am, 5:30pm
Saturday at 9:00am
