CrossFit is focused on "constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement," drawing on categories and exercises such as calisthenics, Olympic-style weightlifting, powerlifting, Strongman-type events, plyometrics, body weight exercises, indoor rowing, aerobic exercise, running, and swimming. While CrossFit challenges the world’s fittest athletes, the program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience or ability level. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change the program. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not by type. What does that mean for you? CrossFit is absolutely for everyone whether you have never worked out a day in your life or you are an elite athlete! CrossFit is a community of people with goals just like yours. We offer nutrition counseling, daily instructed workouts, mobility programs, and personal training. We also work directly with other companies that can further help you maintain a healthy lifestyle.
