CrossFit is a community-based fitness program that can get you into the best shape of your life. It takes a general view of fitness, so you won't become a bodybuilder or marathon runner, but you'll get stronger, faster and in better shape. You'll learn basic weightlifting movements (like squats and presses), practice gymnastics skills (like handstands), and combine all of that into intense circuits with bodyweight exercises and cardio efforts. And I mentioned that it's a community, which really sets CrossFit apart. Everything is done in a coached class setting, which provides a great element of support and competition. Everything is scaled to your own ability. CrossFit can get you incredible results, and you'll have a blast doing it.
