CycleYOU Lexington is a studio where you create and find the best version of you. We offer fitness experiences for those who love working out and for those who do not. We create everyday for you a open welcoming environment built with music, motivation and mindfulness. All are welcome!
We offer more than 25 CycleYOU total body on a bike classes per week. Taught in the dark with candlelight these workouts will tone you and inspire you head to toe.
Looking for more toning and strength? Join our FIT Classes. Full Body Interval Strength Training. We have everything from TRX Strength Training using your own body weight to Barre Classes to Kickboxing!
