Daily Grind is a 60-minute high intensity group fitness class using treadmills, water rowers, suspension training, and strength training intervals.

Daily Grind, ETTA is a group fitness class designed to motivate, inspire, and knock down the barriers that keep you from achieving your very best. We have aligned high intensity interval training (HIIT), aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, suspension training, strength training, and plyometrics to get you in the best shape of your life. You WILL burn more calories, more fat, and promote lean muscle development in a high energy, group fitness environment. Our trainers will encourage you. The competitive group environment will motivate you. Your body will surprise you. The only thing worse than quitting is being too afraid to start. There are 24 hours in a day. Your body deserves one.
