Damon’s CTA (Cheerleading & Tumbling Academy) is the school of higher learning for cheerleading, tumbling and dance.

Class Information: Classes are charged on a monthly basis and are year round. There is a $30 yearly registration fee and 1st class is always FREE!

Parent & Me (14 months-3 yrs)
Introductory class with emphasis on basic coordination skills
such as walking, jumping, climbing, rolling, balancing and
lifting their bodies.
Class duration: 45 minutes
Price: $25/month
Day(s): Saturday
Time: 1:00 pm cst.

Pre-School (4-5 yrs)
Continuation of the Parent & Me class skills with emphasis
on body control and awareness of basic tumbling skills such
as forward, backward and log rolls, headstands,
handstands, cartwheels, round-offs all the way up to back handsprings.
Class duration: 1 hour
Price: $35/month
Day(s): Saturday
Time: 12:00 pm cst.

Beginner/Novice (6 yrs & up)
No experience necessary with emphasis on body control ,
awareness and technique of basic tumbling skills such as
cartwheels, round-offs, handstands, back handsprings,
back handspring series and tucks.
Class duration: 1 hour
Price: $45/month
Day(s): Wednesday or Saturday
Time: 6:30 pm or 11:00 am cst.

Intermediate/Advance (6 yrs & up)
Need to be able to do a round-off back handspring tuck
without a spotter. Emphasis is placed on learning the
technique of more advanced tumbling skills such as
layouts, full twist and combination tumbling passes
including whips, alternates and bounders.
Class duration: 1 hour
Price: $45/month
Day(s): Wednesday
Time: 7:30 pm cst.
