Dance Connection was opened in the Four Corners town of Farmington, New Mexico in the fall of 2007 by Lori Downs. The studio's mission is to provide dance instruction and encouragement to dancers of all ages and ability levels in an environment that supports a lifelong love and appreciate of dance. With classes in ballet, pointe, jazz, modern, lyrical, tap, hip hop, clogging and break dancing, students are instructed to be disciplined, responsible and technically proficient dancers. With over 50 years of combined dance experience, our teachers have found their way to Dance Connection from all over the country to share their enthusiasm, devotion, and expertise in dance. Small class sizes give our instructors the opportunity to provide individualized attention to students to assist them in achieving their personal artistic promise.
