DW Sports Fitness Club in Ipswich is perfectly situated in the town. We purposely picked this location as we know it is easy to get to!

What makes us different to any other gym in Ipswich? Well, here at DW Sports we know about sports and we know about fitness, but we also know what our customers want. That is why our gym features a great range of fitness equipment to suit a variety of workouts from cardiovascular machines to our impressive weights room. We also keep our gym up to date with all the latest and innovative equipment around, as we know our customers like to try new things. You can always count on us to be on the ball.

We also offer a varied group exercise programme, where each class has been specifically designed by expert instructors to achieve an array of different goals whether it be weight loss, toning or strength & conditioning; or even if your just looking for a good old fashioned workout you are bound to find a class that suits you. Included in our programme are the increasingly popular BODYPUMP; that strengthens your entire body using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses and lifts. BODYCOMBAT; an energetic martial arts inspired workout that draws from a number of disciplines such as karate, boxing and Tai Chi to name a few! And for those who prefer the party to the workout there is also the latest Latin dance craze to sweep the nation; Zumba! We also bear in mind that most of you like to relax after your work out, which is why we have incorporated a tranquil pool and Jacuzzi area and steam room. We are also going be ahving swimming lessons! And just when you thought things couldn't get any better we also have large luxurious shower & changing rooms with ample amount of lockers, tanning rooms, free parking spaces and an on site café with a variety of hot & cold food and beverages.
