East Gippsland Calisthenics is a not-for-profit Dance club providing team based dance to the Sale Community. Competitive and Recreational teams available!

East Gippsland Calisthenics opened in 2014 to provide our sport to the local community. Feel free to come along and try your first class for free! Calisthenics incorporates aspects of gymnastics, ballet, dancing, singing and acting so there is truly Something for Everyone!

Our Coaches are fully registered with the Australian Sports Commission, with a Working With Children Check and First Aid qualifications so you children will be in safe hands.

In Term 1 2015:
Under 8s 4:15pm-5pm
Under 11s 5pm - 6pm
Under 16s 6pm-7:30pm

All you need is a leotard or tight fitting clothing and bare feet to give it a go. All equipment will be provided at class. See you there to experience this team sport!
