Emotional Energy Exchange - Bernadette O'Connor

Kinesiology is a natural therapy that works with the bodies innate healing system to restore physical, mental and emotional balance.

Kinesiology combines the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, western science (anatomy, physiology, neurology), exercise and nutrition. It utilises gentle muscle testing to identify where stress and imbalance lies within the body and uses a variety of non-invasive techniques to correct these imbalances. These techniques can include: muscle tension release, muscle stimulation, gentle massage, holding reflex and acupressure points, massaging meridians (energy pathways of the body), nutrition, supplement and allergen testing and emotional stress release.

Kinesiology is effective in addressing:
- pain and functional impairments (eg. low back pain; migraine; sport injuries)
- digestive problems
- food sensitivities
- stress and anxiety
- fear and confidence issues
- behavioural and emotional challenges
- weight management
- goal setting and alignment
- personal growth and development

I believe in the healing power of nature and the bodies innate ability to heal itself....with a little help! My approach is to discover and eliminate the cause of imbalance in the body. I believe that an imbalance within the body causes dysfunction at a cellular level, which left untreated leads to disease and ill-health. I use the most natural, supportive and effective therapy available to treat the whole person (physically, emotionally, spiritually) and I value the opportunity to teach my clients how to develop a healthy, happy and balanced life.
