Passion, Consistency and Dedication for more than 2 decades:
Sip enjoys variety in his own training and can offer an extensive range of training methods. Styles include Weight Training, Olympic Lifting, Functional Fitness, Strength programming, Anaerobic and Endurance training.
Sip undertook study of certificate III and IV in Fitness with www.fitcollege.com.au at the Townsville Campus at Gold's Gym.
Positive about life you will always find Sip with a smile on his face.

Exercise should be something you look forward to, something that you want to do each day and something that leaves you buzzing afterwards!
Zoe loves the vibe that comes from group fitness classes and seeing her members happy, healthy and achieving results is what it's all about.
After developing healthy nutrition and lifestyle habits Zoe undertook necessary training to become a weight lose coach and can guide you to success.
