To book any appointment we will require a $50 deposit. This will go towards your service the day of the appointment. For a full refund you must cancel your appointment 48 hours before your scheduled day if not you will loose deposit. Also, you can reschedule an appointment as long as it is also 48 hours before if not it will result in a loss of deposit or a $50 cancellation fee if booked online.

We give 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment to arrive after this time the appointment gets cancelled and you will also lose your deposit. You will be able to reschedule but will be required to leave deposit again.

Envious treats each and every client well and its not fair for anyones appointment to be moved back for someone else being late.
We dedicate our time to everyone equally and give the best services as possible.
