My name is Mankit Cheung.
I was at one point Class 3 Obese (US Standards), over 300lbs in weight, now I am someone who seeks out an active lifestyle. I like to find new and exciting/enjoyable physical activities to take on.
The aim of this page is to tell you my story, and to offer help and advice to anyone who needs it.
I noticed that many people who want to make a change, have a difficult time because they simply do not know or understand about health and fitness. I found myself absorbing a lot of knowledge from many different sources, now I want to put that knowledge back out there. It is far easier to have one person read and understand, and then to explain it again, than for every single individual to go through all of the arduous journey blindly again.
I'm not saying I can give you shortcuts, because that simply doesn't exist, but I can hold your hand along the way when you need it.
