Fit4Life Personal and Group Fitness Training provides Group and Personal Coaching/Training in the Blayney, NSW area.
Qualified Certificate III and IV in Fitness, Pete believes in four fundamentals in exercise and exercise progression, Mobility, Agility, Strength and Conditioning. Pete is also certified in the use of Kettlebells, Powerbags/sandbags, battleropes and suspension trainers so you can train safely yet to your limits.

Pete has personal experience in weight loss, motivation and management of chronic and cardio vascular disease. Clients new to exercise will find the Fit4Life PGFT approach simple and effective. Those wishing to improve technique, form and fitness levels will find workouts challenging and effective in developing their agility, strength and conditioning, learn how to set goals and achieve much more than they ever thought was possible.
