At Gracie North we teach Jiu-Jitsu as self defense, a competitive sport and a form of non-contact moving meditation. Focusing on positional efficiency and attention to details. Our objective is to help our students better understand their bodies by learning movement in conjunction with principles like leverage, base and connection.
Created and operated by sisters Kauan Gracie and Kaulin Gracie Snyder, Gracie North looks to continue and uphold their family tradition.
