The HFM Wellness Center is a medical-based wellness facility has everything you need to nourish your mind, body and spirit. Whether you’re a fitness buff or a true first timer, our classes give you the choice and flexibility to try out new things and find the kind of routine that works for you. Membership includes access to circuit strength and cardio equipment, free weights, lap pool, dry sauna, walking/running track, and a variety of group exercise classes such as cycling, BodyPump, TRX, Zumba and much more.
