Island Health & Fitness is a full scale gym and elite personal training facility with a brand new barre studio with a full schedule of Core Barre classes located in East Simi Valley. As soon as you step inside you will feel the new resort style gym atmosphere.

Island gym has ALL NEW state of the art equipment and ALL cardio machines with individual TV screens. Our specialized training programs one-on-one personal training, small group training, FitCamp bootcamp classes, TRX classes. Additional amenities include an exclusive private personal training studio and lounge with free supplements for training clients, kids club childcare, and luxurious locker rooms with saunas!

Our Group Class offerings include spin, cardio kickboxing, yoga, pilates, body pump, and Zumba, We also offer specialized dance classes like salsa and bachata as well as burlesque fitness classes.
