Located within the Health & Physical Education Department, we are IUP's best kept fitness secret! Our clean facility offers comparable pricing with a friendly and helpful staff.

We offer:
Cardio Equipment
Resistance Machines
Freeweight Area
Stretching/Aerobics Room
Access to Indoor Swimming/Lap Pool
Access to Two Gymnasium Basketball Courts
Towel and Locker Service
Free Parking

We pride ourselves on providing a clean, safe facility that is a relaxing and recreational environment.

We also are open M-F 4:00pm-9:00pm (6:00pm on F)
