Judy Katz is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner. She teaches both private and group lessons locally. Judy is an avid mover, her interests include improvisational dance, Tai Chi Chuan, mountain climbing, cross country skiing and recreational running. Through the Feldenkrais Method, Judy synthesizes her love of movement with her passion and commitment to holistic health and personal growth.
