The La Perfecta Studio Policy

If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment(s), please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges. Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay the full amount of the services reserved in order to continue booking services at La Perfecta Studio.
Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest schedule that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day.
Our scheduling system will also send out an email or text (SMS) reminder of your appointment at least two days prior to your appointment. If we or our scheduling system are unable to call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and potential cancellation fees.
If you are late for an appointment (up to 15mins), it may be necessary to reschedule. Your technician will do her best to accommodate you. In order to ensure the best service and experience, we encourage you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This excludes busy times like Christmas, we do not accept customers after 5 minutes.
We do not copy nails from photos/pictures, we can only be inspired by them. We do not give a gurantee that nails will look exactly the same as on the picture, as each nail technician uses different brands and products.
We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in the salon. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation and salon experience of our guests. Children are only permitted in the salon when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. Your understanding is greatly appreciated
We have a no refund policy on services completed in our salon. We offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion pending approval, by the same nail technician. This excludes designs, length and shape of nails, as the customer can directly see their nails during the procedure.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable. Lost/stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced by the salon and vouchers expire 3 months-1 year depending on the value, from the purchase date.
We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.
All prices are subject to change at the discretion of management.
If the nail technician notice potential illness of nail, she has the right to refuse the service completion.
