We are a Yoga Alliance approved school at The Sanctuary at Two Rivers in Costa Rica offering 200hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Trainings through out the year.

Lakshmi is the Hindu Goddess of love, good fortune, beauty and prosperity. She blesses those whom have clear focus, goals and direction.

Rising means to advance, grow or ascend.

Vinyasa is the sacred dance of breath and movement.

Yoga is integration.

Lakshmi Rising Vinyasa Yoga is an awareness-based practice that incorporates fluid sequencing and the full exploration of asana, pranayama, bandhas, mudra, mantra, meditation, ritual and intention.

This practice emphasizes the love and expression of the whole dynamic Self as we courageously and consciously meet whatever exists in the present moment. Our practice is designed to cultivate mental, physical and spiritual strength and to recognize and transform our patterns and conditionings, to eliminate all that is not effective as we allow our own unique process to unfold.
We enjoy a sweaty challenging physical practice, and we also know how important it is to move slowly with therapeutic space for rest, relaxation and revitalization. You'll find music, laughter and wild silly sensual fun harmoniously combined with stillness, self-discipline, quiet and introspection.

Our 200 hour teacher training immersion in Costa Rica’s Blue Zone gives you three weeks to focus on your yoga practice with other curious, interesting people from around the world. It is a time for you to enjoy life while learning about the timeless tradition of yoga, cultivating true health and happiness and making new friends. Investing in a Yoga Teacher Training Certification program is a life enriching experience even if you have no intention of teaching.
