The Hawaiian Style of Massage is called Lomi Lomi, a prayer in motion. It can be performed by the practitioner with hands, fingers or forearms depending on what style of Lomi Lomi is being done.
Lomi Lomi Aloha Pono, performed at Alohapathways, is done in a rather slow
motion with light to very deep pressure depending on the needs of the client.
You'll feel relaxed, balanced and deeply nurtured. The Ceremonial style of Lomi Lomi, also called Aloha Temple Body Work in this setting of Alohapathways, is an invigorating style using mainly the forearm and a sacred step around the table to support body, mind and spirit for deeper alignment with the soul and its purpose.
This longer rite of passage can be experienced as quite an intense, transformative, yet very loving body work.
Spiritual Journeys to Hawaii or other sacred places in the world can be combined with Lomi Lomi or Reiki teachings or just be experienced by itself in connection with the spirit energies of those places. Prayers, ceremonies and deep teachings of the ancient ones may take place for the individual or the groups to move closer to their essence and life's purpose. In combination with the visit of a new culture and beautiful astonishing sites a re-birth of oneself into a more connected being with love and Aloha for all might occur.
