Select techniques that will satisfy your need. Choose from either deep tissue work including myofascial release, trigger point or neuromuscular work to help manage pain and stiffness. A relaxing Swedish massage will help increase circulation, lymphatic flow and enhance sleep. Reiki and Healing Touch are also offered. Hot Stone massage is available as well.
Elder Companion Services include transportation to and from appointments, house cleaning, grocery shopping, yard and lawn care, and therapeutic recreation activities.
