Holistic Healer & Teacher

I am a holistic healer and teacher, working mainly in Kirkwall, Orkney where I have a treatment room within The Skin Clinic. I offer a number of different therapies, all with the same purpose – to help you return to, or maintain, a positive state of health. In addition, I run workshops and classes throughout the year to encourage and support people to help themselves on their path through life.
Our lives nowadays are stressful and few of us allow enough time to relax and breathe out. This can lead to many and varied conditions, ranging from backache and shoulder tension to depression and digestive problems. My healing sessions can help to rectify this – All my treatments work holistically, working on all levels (mind, body and spirit) to boost wellbeing, reduce stress and leave you feeling healthier and happier. As I work intuitively, I use an appropriate combination of therapies to achieve this.
