At the New Milford Fitness & Aquatic Club, our mission is to help you achieve your workout goals and be the best that you can be, while offering you a fun, friendly and positive atmosphere to work out in! Whether you're looking for state of the art fitness equipment; high energy group fitness classes, including Les Mills BODYPUMP; personal training; swim lessons; racquetball courts; or you just need a massage, we have you covered. We're bringing back old favorites such as the Silver Sneakers program and towel service, and of course will continue to offer a full service executive locker room with an array of amenities.
