I'm a mother, a wife, a photographer, and a lover of all things fitness/health related. I believe that by taking care of yourself, you are better able to care for the ones you love. Hell, you're just a happier more fulfilled human in general. I cuss a little, and eat a lot, and I'll always try to be as real as possible in my workouts. I love body weight work, but lifting is my favorite. Cardio....is a necessary evil. ;) I hope you get something useful from my little corner of the world here. Big love always <3
