Looking for a different kind of fitness experience? O2 Wellness is coming to Sunnyside Mall this Fall!

Our priority is to help you reach your wellness goals. Our friendly staff members are experts in their field and they’re looking forward to offering you a wide range of services including personal training, small group training, cycling, nutrition guidance and wellness services such as massage and acupuncture.

Members will have full use of our sauna, showers and change rooms, as well as free childcare with a sensory room and free towel service.

You’ll also be able to pick up pre- and post-workout snacks, meals-to-go including vegan options, supplements and workout clothing.
