Selena is a Qualified Holistic and Beauty Therapist and has been practising Holistic Health Care for nearly 20 years.She is a Usui Reiki Master and teaches attunement classes levels 1-3. She is currently training as a Psychotherapist and will offer a professional counselling service in the near future.
With optimal client care and a broad range of experience, Selena promotes well-being therapies which encourage the client to stay "well" and "be" in the "present" moment.
Selena specialises in the following therapies:
Reflexology, Reiki,Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage,Auricular Therapy, EFT(emotional freedom technique), CBT(cognitive behavioral therapy), SRT (integrated stress reduction therapy) (explanation of therapies on my page), Angel Readings, advanced Aroma skincare treatments.
Selected Beauty Treatments are also available.
Selena values her clients needs and has nurtured her clinic to provide an essential service that she feels is fitting for helping people to feel better and "Be Well" through a Holistic Approach .
