MMA and Conditioning Center
New to planet fitness is the conditioning center at 6000 sq feet we have a 18 foot ufc steel cage, 18 foot boxing ring, full size grappling area.
Also available in the mma conditioning center is air dyne bike, power racks, gladiator wall, medicine balls, Bulgarian bags, power bands, hurdles, prowler, sledge, plyo boxes, rowers, krank cycle, rope climb, suples bungee, dummies
Also available is strongman lifting equipment, log press, farmers walk tyre flips and much much more.
Also available at planet fitness is a full range of sports supplements clothing boxing equipment grappling gloves, knee wraps, wrist wraps, mma clothing and more.

Ladies Suite
At planet fitness we have a ladies only gym with over 20 pieces of kit which includes full range of fixed weight machines for every muscle group, a great range of cardiovascular equipment, included in this are treadmills, cross trainers, accent trainers, rowers, recumbent bikes.
Also available for ladies only is the conditioning suite which includes
swiss balls, kettle bells, ab rollers, ab cradle, trx suspension, dual pulley machine, medicine balls, battling ropes and more.
Also available are sunbeds priced at just 50p per minute goggles are available at reception.
