After the Ganban detox yoga, though you will be literally bathing with sweat but u will feel your skin smooth and achieve that rosie glow on your face. We dont recommendyou to take a shower after the ganban detox yoga, you wont feel sticky and smelly. Instead you will feel like you just have taken a good clean bath.
