We are dedicated in making a difference in every athlete’s life, through athletic training programs designed to help him/her achieve his/her goals. Through a comprehensive series of evaluations, testing, training and sports development opportunities, our athletes are exposed to the latest concepts in sports training.
Our goal is to have our athletes take what is learned about their bodies and convert it into “real sport situations and movements.”
From spring speed, acceleration, agility, foot speed, vertical jump, strength, endurance, recovery, or getting back into the game after injury or time off, we can design a personal program to help you achieve your goals. Training sessions are approximatley one hour long and one to three days per week based on an athlete's availibility.
Our programs focus on the individual's needs and goals. Over the last 10 years, we have trained individuals that competed at the recreational, youth, high school, collegate, masters, professional, and Olympic levels.
