Zanshin Arts was founded in September 2004 by Sensei Stephen Kelly. The club has been operating successfully since then from it’s location in Mayo and Galway. Students of the club have the opportunity to study martial arts such as traditional Karate, Kobudo (Okinawan Weapons), Kickboxing, the Korean Sword art Headong Kumdo from the United World Headong Kumdo Federation and take part in fitness and strength and conditioning classes.
We also cater for adults, groups and teams with specially tailored strength and conditioining, fitness and self defense courses.
