Jazzercise is a 60-minute group fitness class combining cardio, strength, and stretch moves for a total body workout. The dance exercise program combines jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga and kickboxing into one fun and effective workout. Dance yourself fit to today’s hottest music, including Top 40, jazz, country, hip hop, funk, rock and Latin.
