Working Body is run and operated by Sarah Krone, LMT. Sarah grew up in Fairfield but then moved to the mountains of Aspen, Colorado where she received her massage training and lived for ten years before coming back to her hometown. She believes in allowing the body to heal itself since the body has so much natural intelligence of its' own. She sees herself as a support and guide for this process rather than someone who forces the body back into alignment.
