We welcome beginners, experienced CrossFitters, competitors, masters and everyone in between. Our programming and class structure was designed with everyone in mind. The Recreation Center houses five regulation racquetball courts and one full size gymnasium. Scheduling times of all programs may change depending on the time of year. Locker room and shower facilities are available to participants only. Please bring your own towels.
Dance is a fun learning activity and at FSD, even our youngest students start learning terminology and the basic core steps of dance from experienced, adult teachers. We know children are like sponges and while we don't expect our youngest students to execute the steps perfectly, we do want them to have a fundamental understanding of dance technique while still letting them be children!
