J Star Gymnastics is the newest gymnastics club in Berkshire county. We offer high quality instruction in gymnastics, cheer tumbling. Our fabulous programs are offered to boys and girls of all ages and levels. We are proud to offer the best instruction in gymnastics for all children from novice to advanced gymnasts. J Star Gymnastics has it all.
Co-ed cardio intense, strength building class.
Build muscle, reduce body fat and improve your health.
This class will challenge you but you'll also be able to work at your pace!
Please bring boxing gloves size appropriate for your body weight.
A jump rope is also recommended!

Studio North Dance Arts offers dance classes for ages 3 and up in a fun, creative and caring environment. We offer a range of disciplines including ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop and modern. Options include classes for the once-a-week dancer that enjoys other extracurricular activities, as well as for the more serious dance student who wishes to pursue dance more intensively.
